01Are these resources really free?
Yes. Every test, guide and checklist here is free, and nothing asks you to sign up before you start. The Leaky Pipe Test asks for a name and mobile number at the end so it can send you your playbook. That is the only form on this page. We make money when an owner reads a result and asks us to build the fix. Most don't, and that is fine.
02Do I need to be good with technology?
No. If you can answer a text message, you can take the test. Six taps, plain English, nothing to install and nothing to set up. The guides are written for the person who runs the business, not the person who runs the IT.
03Who is behind Essor Business Hub?
